Bagua Zhang - The Eight Trigrams Palm

Bagua Zhang is an internal martial art and form of energy cultivation that manifests from the wuji state of primordial awareness. From primordial awareness the taiji wheel spins generating the realms of form with eight characteristics called trigrams. There are four cardinal and intermediate patterns of qi flow. Each pattern has a direction, location, season, age, color, symbol, mantra, mudra, channel, point, form, add infintum... and palm change. The foundation of Bagua Zhang is the walking of the circle. Stepping in a continual circular motion gathering all of the energies of the eight directions while the eight palm changes create circles within the circles like the planets of the solar system rotating and revolving at the same time. Once practitioners can perform all of the eight palm changes their channels have been opened and they can connect with the energies of the eight directions and develop their own unique style based on their own set of circumstances and interactions with the variable energies of others who enter the Bagua sphere.

The Eight Trigrams Palms are:
1.Single Palm Change The Green Dragon Turns its Head.
2.Double Palm Change The Pigeon Spirals Through The Sky, White Snake Shuffles Throught The Grass.

. Shaolin Kungfu - Unity of Body & Mind

Shaolin. The word beyond words, action beyond actions and the teaching beyond teachings can only be expressed through the transmission of direct experience. This is Shaolin Chan. The intensity of Shaolin Kungfu develops the one pointed focus that pierces all phenomena. Once pierced then relaxation into the absolute nature unites the body with the mind and Chan is realized. Where the goal of martial artists is to develop superior fighting power the goal of Shaolin martial artists is to develop the superior compassion known as Bodhicitta, the awakened mind. When Bodhidharma established the Chan School as Chinese Buddhism he used the intensity of the mind's intention to drive the body into uniting with the expanse of absolute mind completing the circle of non-dual bodhicitta. The non-dual state of Bodhicitta is the beginning and ending of all paths and is the essence of Chan development and transmission.

Shaolin body & mind Training includes:
Bodhidharma's Dhyana Meditation.
Bodhidharma's Internal Classic.
Bodhidharma's Muscle Changing Classic.

. Wudang Pai - Unity of The Internal & External

The Taiji wheel keeps spinning with no beginning and no end. With slow methodical movements practitioners of the Way tap into the internal source of all things and bring out it's power and virtue. For Wudang Pai hard and soft practices unite the internal and external sources of energy into the one mind. The origin of a hundred schools, a thousand sects, and a myriad of techniques the monks of Wudang Mountain carry on the timeless tradition of the Dao.

The Dao of Wudang is the harmony of all things!!!
